Cele statutowe, sfera działalności
Celem fundacji jest działanie na rzecz wspierania kultury fizycznej dzieci i młodzieży oraz sportu amatorskiego i wyczynowego we wszystkich dyscyplinach.
Cele są realizowane poprzez:
  1. Finansowe wspieranie działalności klubów sportowych, szkół i organizacji realizujących zadania kultury fizycznej.
  2. Wyposażenie drużyn w niezbędny sprzęt sportowy, medyczny oraz środki odnowy biologicznej, odżywki i inne środki medyczne.
  3. Udzielanie pomocy finansowej zawodnikom uczącym się, kontuzjowanym i chorym, a także finansowanie dożywiania.
  4. Przyznawanie stypendiów sportowych i nagród zawodnikom, szkoleniowcom i działaczom za sukcesy i osiągnięcia sportowe w kraju i za granicą.
  5. Finansowe wspieranie działalności młodzieżowych klubów sportowych, imprez sportowych o charakterze masowym oraz finansowanie udziału drużyn sportowych w imprezach lokalnych, krajowych i zagranicznych.
Statutory objectives domain of activity
The aim of the Foundation is acting to support the physical culture of children and young people, as well as amateur and competitive sports in all disciplines.
The objectives are accomplished through:
  1. Financial support of the activities of sports clubs, schools and organizations accomplishing the tasks of physical culture.
  2. Providing teams with necessary sports and medical equipment means of biological regeneration, protein supplements and other medicaments.
  3. Giving financial aid to competitors who are sick, studying, suffering from injuries, as well as financing extra meals.
  4. Granting sports scholarships and awards to competitors, coaches and activists for sports successes and achievements at home and abroad.
  5. Financial support of the activities of sports youth clubs, mass sports events and financing the participation of sports teams in local, national and international events.
Satzungszweck, Tätigkeitsfeld
Förderung sportlicher Übungen und Leistungen der Kinder und Jugendlichen, sowie Breiten- und Leistungssports alle Art.
Diese Stiftungszwecke werden insbesondere verwirklicht durch:
  1. die finanzielle Unterstützung von Sportclubs, Sportschulen und anderen Organisationen, die ebenfalls diese Zwecke verfolgen.
  2. die Ausstattung mit Sportgeräten, Versorgung mit Arzneien und Pflegemitteln.
  3. die Förderung der Fort- und Ausbildung, sowie finanzielle Hilfe für die von Krankheit oder Unfall betroffenen Menschen, Finanzierung der Ernährungstherapie.
  4. die Vergabe von Stipendien, Beihilfen oder ähnlichen Zuwendungen zur Förderung der Sportler, sowie Auszeichnungen für besondere Leistungen in Im- und Ausland.
  5. die finanzielle Zuwendungen für Sportclubs und Massensportveranstaltungen, Förderung von Teilnahme an Wettbewerben im In- und Ausland.
Zrealizowane projekty
Fundacja z tytułu usług reklamowych, będących przedmiotem jej działalności gospodarczej, uzyskała w 2005 roku przychód netto w wysokości 665 745 złotych, a z darowizn uzyskała 112 981 złotych. Na działalność klubów sportowych przekazanych zostało 656 880 złotych, przede wszystkim dla KS Morze – Bałtyk oraz KS Piast.
